Can I send a list of different jobs?

Yes. Choose General maintenance and list each task with its room or location. Add up to five photos. We review which tasks can sensibly be combined in a visit before agreeing the scope and time.

What if I don’t know how long it will take?

Choose Not sure yet. Describe the problem and add photos if you can. We will discuss the time and price with you after reviewing your request.

How much will the work cost?

Maintenance labour starts from £70 per hour, depending on postcode and location. Materials, travel charges and any applicable VAT are confirmed separately before the visit. Renovations and larger projects receive their own quotation.

Does sending a request confirm a booking?

No. Your request starts a conversation. We contact you to agree the work, price and availability. The website does not take a payment or arrange credit.

Do you help landlords and block managers?

Yes. Explore our Property managers or Freeholders sections for agreed repairs, regular building visits and maintenance packages. Full managing-agent services are planned and are not currently available.

Can I talk to a person instead of filling in the form?

Of course. Call or WhatsApp Wojciech on 07438 821082. We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours; a visit is subject to agreed availability.
