Your repair request

We collect the name, phone number or email, property location, description, photos, project plans, optional budget and start-date preferences you provide. We use them to assess your enquiry, contact you, prepare a quote and arrange requested work. Processing an enquiry is necessary to take steps towards a service contract at your request.

Only submit information needed for the job. Avoid including identification documents, people or unrelated personal information in photographs. Sending a request does not confirm a booking or take a payment.

Storage and access

Requests and uploads are stored using OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. WMB can view them to handle your enquiry. Other customers cannot access your requests. A secure essential cookie allows this browser to see its own requests for up to 90 days. Clearing cookies or changing browsers removes that browser access, but does not delete the stored request. This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies.

Enquiry information is kept while WMB handles your request and any resulting work. Please contact WMB to request deletion of an enquiry that has not proceeded. Records needed for completed work, legal obligations or resolving a dispute may need to be kept longer.

Your choices

You can ask WMB to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to object or receive a portable copy. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

External services

WhatsApp links open a separate service governed by its own privacy terms. WMB owner access uses ChatGPT sign-in. Finance providers are not currently connected.
