Keep small issues on the radar with planned visits, photo updates and practical repairs. WMB Fix supports the people caring for residential blocks, shared areas and rental properties.
A new water stain, a dripping fitting or a gutter overflowing in the rain can point to a problem that needs investigation. Recording the change and arranging suitable work early can help limit avoidable damage and disruption. Regular visits keep these issues visible while you plan repairs and budgets.
We help you track what needs attention, what has been approved and what remains outstanding, with a local point of contact in Wojciech Baranowicz.
Start with one property or discuss a schedule across your portfolio. Each arrangement is quoted individually, with visit time, reporting and included work set out clearly.

Questions from property managers.
Can you visit our block every week?
Yes, a weekly schedule can be arranged subject to availability, access and the agreed scope. Fortnightly, monthly and tailored multi-property schedules are also available to discuss.
What is included in a maintenance package?
The quotation defines the areas visited, frequency, allocated time, reporting and any included small-repair labour. Materials, specialist work, extra time and additional attendance are priced separately unless expressly included. There is no unlimited-repairs allowance.
How are packages priced?
Each package is quoted individually against the building, access, visit frequency and work included. Standard one-off maintenance labour starts from £70 per hour depending on location, with materials separate. That hourly rate is not an automatic package price. Travel charges and any applicable VAT are confirmed in the quotation.
Will we receive updates after visits?
Reporting is agreed as part of your package. It can include dated photo notes, areas accessed, work completed, outstanding repairs and recommendations. Areas that could not be accessed are recorded. Concerns needing prompt attention are flagged to the nominated property contact.
Do routine visits cover compliance and specialist inspections?
Routine visits cover visual observations of agreed accessible areas and practical maintenance. Fire risk assessments, statutory testing, gas or electrical certification and structural surveys require separate specialist services. Specialist scope and qualifications are confirmed before any relevant work is arranged.
Can you support several buildings or respond to urgent problems?
Portfolio Support can be arranged across several residential addresses, each with its own schedule and action list. Urgent visits are agreed separately, subject to availability and scope; a routine package does not promise immediate or automatic 24/7 attendance.
