Give each task its own line
Number the jobs and identify the room. Describe what happens and what you want reviewed. You do not need to name the technical cause or decide which tool is needed. Choose General maintenance if the list covers several services.
Use your five photos well
Add a wider view for access and a close-up of the visible problem. If several tasks are involved, mention which photo belongs to each task. Use safe, accessible views and avoid unrelated personal information or people in the photos.
Let us assess the time
If you do not know how long the work will take, choose Not sure yet. Tell us which jobs matter most and when access is possible. Multiple tasks may fit into one visit, but their complexity, materials and any specialist requirements affect the plan.
Keep the decision clear
WMB discusses the proposed scope, price and timing with you. Materials and extra work are agreed separately. Sending a list does not book a visit or authorise repairs; it starts the conversation.
