Our aim is to respond to enquiries within 24 hours with practical next steps. Depending on the job, this may include a request for more information, an initial estimate or arrangements for an assessment.
Repair appointments and completion times are confirmed separately, based on the work required, access and the availability of materials. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Urgent leaks and electrical hazards need immediate professional help; do not wait for an online response.
Local experience and clear pricing
WMB Fix is the home repair and maintenance service of WMB Construction Group SE, operated by Wojciech Baranowicz. Everyday maintenance and larger building projects have their own enquiry paths.
Local maintenance starts from £70 for the first hour, labour only, depending on your postcode and location. Materials and any additional charges are confirmed separately. Kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery and refurbishments receive an individual quotation against the agreed scope.
